Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–2 working days after order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery Time: Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 3–7 working days, depending on the delivery location and courier partner availability. Remote or non-metro areas may require additional transit time.
Shipping Charges: Free shipping on prepaid orders. Rs. 70/- shipping charges applicable on COD orders. (clearly mentioned at checkout)
Shipping Location: We currently ship across India.
Order Tracking: After dispatch, tracking details will be shared via SMS and/or email, allowing you to monitor your shipment until delivery.
Delays & Exceptions: While we strive to meet delivery timelines, delays may occur due to:
1. Unforeseen courier issues
2. Weather conditions
3. Public holidays
4. Natural or logistical disruptions
MuscLife is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, but we will always assist you in tracking your order.
Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery: Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate at the time of placing the order. MuscLife is not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
Damaged or Missing Packages: If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, don't hesitate to get in touch with us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images of the package and product for prompt assistance.
